Program

LearnFrenchMalta follows a structured 40-lesson A1 beginner pathway for kids (8+). There is no weekly commitment and no fixed term to join. You simply book the Saturdays you want to attend, and when your child comes back, they continue from the last completed lesson.

40 lessons 4 units 4 checkpoints No weekly commitment Teacher-tracked progress

Trial Saturday Session: €59. Then choose 4, 8, or 16 Saturday Sessions. If your child continues into a session pack, the €59 is deducted.

How the Saturday pathway works

Start with a trial

Begin with a Trial Saturday Session (€59) and see how your child responds.

No weekly lock-in

You are not locked into weekly attendance. You book only the Saturdays you want.

Flexible attendance

Take a break if needed. You can book again later when ready.

Progress continues

When your child attends again, they continue from the last completed lesson instead of restarting.

What a Saturday session looks like

Session time

  • 10:00–11:00 lesson block
  • 11:00–11:15 break
  • 11:15–12:15 lesson block
  • 12:15–12:30 break
  • 12:30–1:30 lesson block

What children do

We teach through short, clear patterns, guided repetition, paper-based practice, and confidence-building speaking. The goal is not random exposure. The goal is real progression lesson by lesson.

How the pathway is built

Simple lesson design

  • One key sentence pattern per lesson
  • Up to 10 new words
  • Guided practice before moving on
  • Checkpoint lessons built into the level

Why this matters

Children are not thrown into random vocabulary each week. They move through a clear sequence, which makes it easier to remember, speak, and keep building confidence.

Level 1 overview

Unit 1 — First Words

Greetings, names, sounds, classroom French, numbers, colors, and feelings.

Unit 2 — My World

Family, food, drinks, days, months, time, weather, and home.

Unit 3 — Actions & Negation

Verbs, hobbies, places, directions, negation, and talking about others.

Unit 4 — Conversations

Questions, descriptions, routine, mini conversations, review, and final checkpoint.

Why families find this easier

Start anytime

Your child does not need to wait for a new term or class restart.

Book only when you want

There is no weekly commitment. You choose the Saturdays that work for your family.

Take a break if needed

If you take a break for a while, that is fine.

Continue from the right lesson

When your child returns, they continue from the last completed lesson.
